SHIPPING& RETURN POLICY
If there is any significant delay in the processing or shipping of your order we will contact you by phone or e-mail.
We are currently only shipping within the United States.
Most items ship from our facility 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed and will be delivered via USPS Priority. Depending on your location, most orders will arrive within 2- 3 business days after departing our facility. All orders have up to $100.00 of insurance. You, (the buyer) are responsible for being aware of any local laws restricting the importation of plants.
You will be sent an email with your tracking number after your item is shipped. We are not responsible for any inclement weather or temperatures at delivery location.
Please inspect each item carefully upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours so we may quickly process your replacement or refund. Please save all damaged items, packing and boxes. For more information please see our
We reserve the right to deny any exchange or refund for any reason we deem necessary .
Plants will be shipped rooted unless stated otherwise. Larger plants or at request may be shipped bare-rooted. Plants shipped in the winter may be dormant. We do not guarantee the survival of any un-rooted plants or any plant past moment of delivery.
